Rules

• The group currently has 30 members.

• We play the Mega Millions and Powerball Lotteries using the Auto-Pick option and buy tickets monthly.

  • 3 Tickets per drawing for Mega Millions ($5 per ticket) and 5 tickets per drawing for Powerball ($2 per ticket).

• The cost is $2 a week payable in $10 or $20 dollar installments (more if you’d like).

  • Drawings are Tuesday/Friday for Mega Millions and Monday/Wednesday/Saturday for Powerball.

• Winnings less than the $10,000 prize for Mega Miliions and the $50,000 prize for Powerball will be accumulated and rolled into the 1^st drawing of the next month of that particular drawing (winning Mega Millions rolled into Mega Millions, winning Powerball rolled into Powerball.

• Winnings of the $500 or $200 Mega Millions or $100 Powerball prize will be rolled $10 at a time once the jackpot of either lottery is $100 Million or greater.

• Winnings of $10,000 or more will be distributed.

• As a group everyone has a vote on how things are done. It takes a 2/3rd's majority to approve any changes (including adding new people).

• If you decide to stop for whatever reason you cannot rejoin.

• A lawyer will be retained in the event the $1,000,000 prize or the Jackpot is won.
